What The Client Wanted:
Here is another recent project completed by the Clarkson Builders team. The client was in need of extra space in their home and required a single-storey rear extension. This would, therefore, require the team to knock through their existing dining room and create a new space for their kitchen. After researching builders in their local area, the client contacted Clarkson Builders who were more than happy to take on the task!
Project Overview:
After a full assessment, as is required with all work, the team began digging out the area that would be used to build the foundations of the extension. Once the foundations were set, Clarkson Builders built and installed a Vaulted Ceiling extension complete with Velux windows. The Velux windows are not only stylish and modern but also brighten up the space and allow for ventilation. They also installed a stunning large picture window in the rear which has opened up the room and offered tons of natural light. The gorgeous new kitchen was completed with an island fitted with a sink. The extension has given the family that much needed extra space, added value to their home and looks fantastic!
